Jason Bailey, MS, ATC, CSCS, PES, CES
Jason is originally from the Chicago area and has been in Cary, NC since 1986. He is a graduate of Cary High School and has his Bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University in Exercise and Sport Science. Jason received his Masters degree from University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Exercise and Sport Science with a concentration in Athletic Training.
Jason spent 4 years as the Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Carolina Hurricanes of the NHL. He is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with the NATABOC and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), as well as a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Jason also provides Athletic Training services to the USA Baseball program in Cary. Jason enjoys playing indoor and outdoor soccer, ice hockey, grilling out and fishing.
Jason is the Head Athletic Trainer at CASL, and provides Athletic Training services to help improve the overall care and welfare of youth athletes. In addition to Athletic Training duties, Jason can be available for Strength and Performance training sessions. Feel free to email Jason
Rob Schneider, PT, MS, ATC
Rob received his Physical Therapy degree from Boston University, along with his certification in Athletic Training. He received a Masters degree in Human Movement Sciences with an emphasis in Orthopedic Physical Therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Rob is the Clinic Director for the North Carolina region with Proaxis Therapy. After graduating from Boston University, Rob went to work in New Jersey where he worked as part of a Hospital based Sports Medicine program. He also worked and traveled as an Assistant athletic trainer for the NFL Europe.
In 1991, he began work as an assistant Athletic trainer with The University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and completed his Master’s degree in Human Movement science with an emphasis in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. While at UNC, he served as the staff Athletic Trainer for the Field Hockey, Wrestling, Men’s Lacrosse, and Golf teams, as well as the assistant athletic Trainer for the Tar Heel Football teams until 2003. In 2003, Rob joined Brian Beatty to help fulfill his dreams of creating a community based Physical Therapy practice, Balanced Physical Therapy. Rob has a passion for learning and teaching. While at UNC Rob was a mentor to many graduate and undergraduate students in the Athletic Training program. He continues to be a resource for his colleagues through clinical teaching and mentoring. Rob has published and co-published a number of book chapters on Rehabilitation, and co-published a number of journal articles. Rob likes to think of himself as a Geek of the human body. Constantly trying to understand how the biomechanics of the body interact with the nervous system. His passion is to continue to be a resource for this to his community, colleagues, and profession.
Rob is a native of the New York/ New Jersey area. He moved to North Carolina in 1991 along with his Lovely wife Anne Marie. They now have a wonderful family with 2 daughters Alex and Julianne, a CASL athlete as well, and their Black Lab, Licorice.
