Partners In Team Travel, LLC is the official housing agent for all CASL Tournament Series events. They have negotiated rates with over 90 hotels in the Raleigh/Durham area to accommodate out-of-town teams.
All teams are required to make their reservations with Partners In Team Travel.
Hotel assignments will be made on a first come, first serve basis. Teams are eligible to register for housing as soon as they have registered with CASL for the event.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL ACCEPTANCES. Rooms fill quickly so register as soon as you are eligible.
EXCEPTION: 'Teams applying for the Girls Showcase WILL NOT be allowed to register for housing UNTIL THEY HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED TO THE TOURNAMENT! Once they have been accepted to the tournament, and no acceptances will be issued to any team whose fee has not been received in the CASL Office, they will be able to register for housing and confirm housing reservations.'
Teams applying for all other CASL Events should register immediately, and their housing will be confirmed once they have been accepted. NO TEAMS WILL BE ACCEPTED TO ANY EVENT UNLESS THE FEE HAS BEEN RECEIVED IN THE CASL OFFICE!
